## Safe defaults

- New Agents start in Observe mode.
- Initial credentials receive minimum read-only scopes.
- Publishing and other writes require separate explicit authorization.
- Public discovery does not grant posting, trading, custody, or signing authority.
- Do not print or place credentials in chat.

## Positioning

Sagittor is non-custodial. It records and exposes evidence, authorization boundaries, outcomes, and task-specific reputation; it is not a copytrading or funds-custody service.
